The Kitchen in The Sunrise Apartment in Guardamar

The Kitchen in our Guardamar apartment comes fully equipped with all the facilities that you will need for enjoying self catering holidays in Spain and days out in the surrounding area.

You will find a microwave, toaster, kettle, full sized hob and oven, and a large fridge freezer, an automatic washing machine and all the other items that you would expect including crockery, cutlery, cooking implements and tea towels etc.

When taking holidays in Guardamar it is important to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and the fabulous never ending stretch of beaches along the white coast of the Costa Blanca.

Whether on foot, by car or cycling you are bound to want to take a picnic. In our kitchen you will find adequate cool bags, storage containers and plastic crockery to make the most of your Picnic.

A door opens into a separate laundry room where you will find a deep laundry sink. Along with a number of beach essentials and cleaning facilities.

The kitchen is bright and modern and offers all the facilities you will need to allow you prepare a breakfast to take onto the balcony whilst you make the most of your holiday in Spain. Enjoy the warm sunshine and spend time relaxing with the fabulous views over the natural park to the sea.

The kitchen is an open plan layout adjoining the main living area allowing you to socialise with your family or friends if you are the allocated chef for the day. Plus you will still be able to enjoy the warm Costa Blanca sunshine that will shine through the large windows at the front of the apartment.

The Lounge in Our Guardamar Apartment

Whilst you are in the apartment the lounge will probably be the hub of your holiday in Guardamar as it is where you are likely to spend most of your time with your partner, friends or family and as such we have tried to provide you with all the facilities you will need to enjoy your time in it. Our lounge enjoys the sunshine from daybreak as it rises over the Mediterranean sea.

At the front of the lounge there are large full height windows which can be opened to allow you to appreciate the warm sea breeze as it blows across the natural park. A door next to these windows separates the lounge from the large five metre private sun terrace.

Next to the kitchen there is a dining area which is equipped with a good sized dining table and four chairs and allows for easy serving from the counter top in the kitchen thanks to the open plan layout.

The lounge is fully equipped with two tub chairs and a large sofa, there is also a 32" LCD TV which has English channels (Spanish ones too) there is also a DVD player and a large selection of DVD's to cater for most tastes of both adults and children.

For when you fancy a bit of music there is a CD player with an iPod dock and radio for you to enjoy whilst sitting on the terrace with a glass of beer or wine, dancing with your partner or to use as background music whilst you chat with each other. There are two large ceiling fans to keep the room cool in the hot summer months, but air conditioning is also available on request for a small weekly charge.

The Balcony/Sun Terrace For Our Self Catering Apartment in Guardamar

When you walk out on to the large private balcony from the lounge you will be confronted with beautiful views across the natural park that Guardamar del Segura is famous for and of the Mediterranean sea and Guardamar marina.

You will be able to watch the sun rise over the forest (if you are an early riser) or soak up the hot sunshine whilst you top up on your tan. The terrace is quite private and not overlooked by any immediate neighbours thanks to its prime front line position.

The balcony benefits from toughened solar glass which allows you to catch the sun on your legs too. It is the perfect place for snacking on some delicious local produce or for drinking some of the wonderful (and cheap) locally produced wines and beers. The terrace offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the great sea views and sunshine that Guardamar del Segura has to offer.

We now also have full height glass curtains which can be opened fully to allow you to enjoy the warm breeze and the sound of nature, but when closed makes it like a conservatory. This is perfect for cooler days or evenings or for when the rain Levante winds are around.

The Bathroom Facilities in The Sunrise Apartment At Guardamar

Let's face it, the bathroom is not one of the most exciting rooms to show, but you will want to know is a nice place to prepare yourself for the evening.

The bathroom in our self catering holiday apartment in Guardamar del Segura is not internally sandwiched between the other rooms so it has it's own window which provides plenty of natural light making it nice and bright which makes it perfect for applying make up and shaving. Additionally, and just as important, it is close to both of the apartment's bedrooms which means it is easy to access in the night for everybody without disturbing anybody else.

It comes fully equipped with a large fully tiled and very powerful walk in shower. As you would expect there is also a toilet and sink with a shaving point and a good sized mirror. There is also adequate shelving to hold all your bathroom essentials for easy access. It is also equipped with bathroom scales for weighing yourself or your suitcases.

The price you pay for the rental of our apartment in Guardamar includes all bathroom towels, face cloths and even beach towels allowing you more space in your suitcases to pack all those holiday essentials!

The Master Bedroom in Our Self Catering Guardamar Apartment

The master bedroom in our self catering accommodation in Guardamar is a large room in which we have included a king sized bed for your extra comfort whilst on your holidays in Spain. To further ensure that you get a good night's sleep, on the bed there is a British Silentnight mattress.

The bedroom also contains a full length mirror and large full height built in double wardrobe with plenty of hangers. In addition there is plenty of drawer space so you will have loads of room for all of your new holiday outfits and shoes! There is also a ceiling fan to keep you cool.

All of the bed linen for both bedrooms is included in the cost of your Guardamar holiday rental. In addition to the TV in the lounge, the master bedroom includes a 19 inch LCD TV/DVD combi for late nights or cuddly mornings! The channels on this TV are Spanish only but it is perfect for lazy days film watching.

The master bedroom benefits from the same fantastic views offered by the rest of the apartment and the same privacy. You can leave the shutters open if you wish without fear of being looked in on because the only spectators will be the owls or other birds sitting on the trees in the natural park.

From the bedroom you will be able to watch the sun rise over the natural park and enjoy the warm sunshine that falls on the sun terrace until mid afternoon.

The Second Bedroom in Our Self Catering Apartment in Guardamar

The second bedroom offers the same privacy as the master bedroom allowing you to walk around naked if you wish without fear of being seen by onlookers. You also get the same stunning views that you get from the master bedroom.

During the day it benefits from the sun until mid afternoon and at night you can listen to the sounds of the sea or watch the moon rising over it before you drift off to sleep.

This is a good sized bedroom with two full sized single beds, drawers and a wardrobe. There is also a ceiling fan which will help to keep you cool during the summer months.

The bedroom is ideal for children or adults and the beds can easily be pushed together if a couple sharing the bedroom would prefer to be closer to each other.
