The Sunrise Apartment is located on the edge of town just 10 minutes walk from the nearest bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. It is situated in an enviable position front line to the Guardamar Parque Natural (natural park) with fabulous sea views, and views of the forest and Guardamar marina.

Thanks to this location lovers of walking or cycling have a choice of some fabulous walks short or long both in and around the area. A short walk to the town centre will only take you 20 minutes, or you could walk to the beach or marina in just 15 minutes. There are also cycle racks within our apartment complex to lock your cycles to if you are on a cycling holiday in Guardamar.

If you want to take more time then the natural park is directly on your doorstep or perhaps you would like to walk or cycle to the marina, perhaps stopping at our favourite snack bar in Guardamar, and then parallel to the beach all the way along the front of the town of Guardamar stopping at one of the many beach front restaurants or bars on the way.

A holiday in Guardamar and particularly the Sunrise Apartment is perfect because behind us is the beautiful river Segura which you could follow and then cycle or walk along in either direction.
