We have made many friends in Guardamar del Segura and between us we may be able to accommodate large groups within more than one apartment, all our friends have apartments within a 5 minute walk from ours. Depending upon availability we have friends who can accommodate 8 adults in a three bedroom apartment and other friends who can also accommodate 4 adults so please contact us for details.

The prices you see below are for the whole apartment, not per person. We do not charge a meet and greet service so you will be met at the apartment by our representatives, helped with your cases and handed the keys at no extra cost to you. In addition we also pay for the end of term clean so you can use your Euros to enjoy your stay with us in Guardamar. Visit The Sunrise Apartment in Guardamar For A Cheap Winter Break in Spain

A winter holiday in Guardamar del Segura can be just what you need to escape the grey British skies and grab some much needed winter sunshine. Our Guardamar apartment is available for long winter sun holidays from October to April (inclusive). If you have four weeks or more you will only pay £135 per week and the cost of heating is included in the price.

Booking Procedure For The Sunrise Apartment

To secure the Sunrise Apartment for your holiday in Guardamar del Segura is a simple process. The first step is to contact us with booking details. After you have sent your holiday request to us and we have confirmed availability you will need to sign our lease agreement and send it back to us with a non refundable deposit of £50.

Ten weeks before you travel we will request the balance of the payment plus a refundable damage deposit of £100. The damage deposit will be fully refunded to you after the apartment has been satisfactorily inspected by our representatives in Spain upon your departure.

We Can Accept Payments in Euros For Guests From Ireland Or Europe

For countries where the national currency is the Euro we can accept payment for your Guardamar holiday in Euros. The amount you will have to pay in Euros will be calculated at the exchange rate at the time the payment is requested. If paying in Euros the transfer will have to be made directly into our Spanish bank account.
